Ben Hammond, former Norfolk Catholic High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Tuesday, March 18 in Division II NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament

On Tuesday, March 18, former Norfolk Catholic High School standout Ben Hammond’s current collegiate team the Colorado Mines Orediggers lost 100-79 against the Dallas Baptist Patriots in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in Kenneth E. Burg Center, this was the first game against the Dallas Baptist Patriots during the championship.

Ben Hammond’s hometown is Norfolk and game position is guard.
