Charcuterie class hosted by the Clearwater Public Library

19 ladies braved the cold and snow last night and attended the charcuterie class hosted by the Clearwater Public Library.   Brittany Spieker and Ann Fenton from the Neligh Extension office didn't disappoint with a fun evening.

We are all now set to attend our Christmas gatherings bringing the hottest item...a Charcuterie Board. We even learned how to make cute roses out of sausage slices. We each made our own mini charcuterie boxes to take home.

Thank you to Brittany and Ann, and to all of the ladies who attended.  Be on the lookout for the next exciting class coming in the new year.
