Brown County Hospital will be transitioning to a new Electronic Health Record system at 12:01AM on Monday, October 24th. This new system will consolidate the information from our existing clinic and hospital systems into one common system. If you have a hospital visit or doctor’s visit approaching, please remember to bring all medications you are currently taking, in their original containers to your appointment. Doing so helps our staff verify your medications and dosages to provide you optimal care.
Please be aware that registration may take a few minutes longer to verify and potentially update your personal information. As always, having your current insurance cards with you is recommended. Our staff have been training on the new system for the last several weeks, but we appreciate your patience as we make this important transition.
