The entire agenda for this meeting, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk, 401 North Oakland Avenue in Oakland, NE. Except for items of an emergency nature, the agenda shall not be enlarged after 24 hours prior to the commencement of the meeting.
