We had a potluck with our Empowered Families to celebrate the end of the year at Adams Homestead and Nature Preserve today! It was chilly, but we had a lot of food and a TON of fun! Dakota City had the BEST families and the BEST community! These families have been involved each week in learning new things about our community, furthering their education, and developing close bonds with each other!
If you want to be a part of something special, consider coming to our adult learning opportunities! We will be hosting some different events throughout the summer (see our events on our FB page), and then will start up our after school activities once school resumes in the fall. We have fun, food, and free childcare.
