Census Bureau: More women than men in Oakland in 2020

Of the 1,575 people living in Oakland in 2020, 54.1 percent (852) were women and 45.9 percent (723) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NE Nebraska News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 44. In the 65 and over age range, there were 199 females and 175 males.
