NOTICE TO CITY UTILITY CUSTOMERS
This notice is to inform all residents that due to a malfunction with equipment used to read utility meters, February readings and billings will be delayed. Utility meter readings and utility billing will take place as soon as possible once the equipment is repaired and returned. The utility bill mailed out on March 4th for January usage will still be due by April 1st. We anticipate the utility bill for February and March will be mailed out by April 16th. The utility bill for February and March will be due by May 1st. Please be aware when you receive this bill it is for two months. Reading utility meters and utility billing at the above stated times will allow the City of Ponca to correctly calculate billing of sewer usage for the next year. If you would like to make a regular or budget payment at the beginning of April based on previous usage, feel free to do so at City Hall. If you are unable to make the February and March utility payment by May 1st, please contact City Hall to make arrangements once you have received that bill. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.
